Segway Unleashed is a seasonal business and riding activity at our permanent locations will run between late February and end of October (weather permitting), we are closed November through to most of February each year for onsite activity. Our office and some offsite work will run/be open all year round (except for Christmas and New Year when the office will be closed).
Segway riding sessions run on both weekdays and weekends, however we are not open 7-days a week and will have a select amount of days opened each month for customers to book on to (unless otherwise agreed with Segway Unleashed). We will always endeavour to have more days opened during peak times such as school holidays and the summer season to meet demand.
We run numerous riding sessions on days we're open, the start times of these sessions will vary, but as a general rule we will open from 11am until late afternoon. During peak times we will be open longer and have more sessions running on open days.
Evening sessions are possible on private bookings, if agreed in advance, light permitting.
All of our sessions are pre-book only and we rarely accept walk-in customers.
Our general office is open 9am until 5pm weekdays, and closed Saturday and Sunday.
The office is NOT open at weekends, so phones and/or emails will not be answered on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Our office will be closed over Christmas and New Year.
Please be aware, we are a small company and do not have a 24/7 call-centre. If calls are not answered or you cannot get through, please email us on: email@example.com or leave a message. Our automated phone system is designed to answer our most frequently asked calls/questions so please also try listening to the information on there too.
If you have booked to ride on a weekend and are trying to call our office on a Saturday or Sunday, please note a booking reminder email will have been sent to you on the Friday before you're due to ride, containing important information about your booking and FAQ's. This email will be send to the email address/account you registered with us when making your booking, and if it's not in your inbox, check your spam folder.
